§ 56-0109. Sale of bonds; certain limitations.\n Notwithstanding any other section of law, no money received by the\nstate from the sale of bonds pursuant to the Clean Water/Clean Air Bond\nAct of 1996 shall be used to fund any project committed to by the state\nin any agreement with New York city regarding the New York city\nwatershed.\n
