§ 71-1111. Enforcement of subdivision 3 of section 15-0511.\n Any person or local public corporation violating subdivision 3 of\nsection 15-0511 may be liable for a penalty not to exceed five thousand\ndollars for each and every offense; every violation of an order referred\nto in such subdivision shall be a separate and distinct offense; and in\ncase of a continuing violation, every day's continuance thereof shall be\ndeemed a separate and distinct offense.\n
