§ 71-1125. Enforcement of section 15-2315.\n Any person who violates the provisions of the first sentence of\nsection 15-2315 shall be guilty of a violation punishable by a fine of\nnot more than one thousand dollars, and in addition thereto, shall be\nliable for a civil penalty of not more than fifteen hundred dollars.\n
