§ 71-1309. Aiders and abettors.\n Any person knowingly aiding or abetting any other person in the\nviolation of any provision of article 23, or any rule, regulation, or\norder of the department made pursuant thereto shall be subject to the\nsame punishment and penalty as that prescribed by this title for the\nviolation by such other person.\n
