* § 71-1925. Penalties.\n 1. The penalty for the discharge of sewage from any public sewer\nsystem into any of the waters of the state without a duly issued permit\nfor which a permit is required by title 17 of article 17 shall be five\nhundred dollars, and a further penalty of fifty dollars per day for each\nday the violation is continued.\n 2. The penalty for the discharge of sewage from any public sewer\nsystem into any of the waters of the state without filing a report for\nwhich a report is required to be filed with the board of health of the\nmunicipality shall be fifty dollars.\n 3. The penalty for the discharge of refuse or waste matter from any\nshop, factory, mill or industrial establishment for which a permit is\nrequired by title 17 of article 17 without such permit shall be one\nhundred dollars and ten dollars per day for each day the violation is\ncontinued.\n 4. The penalty for the discharge of refuse or waste matter from any\nshop, mill, factory or industrial establishment, without filing a report\nwhere a report is required by title 17 of article 17 to be filed shall\nbe twenty-five dollars and five dollars per day for each day the\nviolation is continued.\n 5. The penalty for discharging into any of the waters of the state any\nother matter prohibited by section 17-1701 besides that specified above,\nshall be twenty-five dollars and five dollars per day for each day the\nviolation is continued.\n * NB Expired September 1, 1973\n
