N.Y. Environmental Conservation Law § 71-3301

§ 71-3301. Applicability of this title.\n This title shall apply to the enforcement of article forty-three of\nthis chapter. In addition to the provisions contained herein, the\nprovisions of sections 71-0101 and 71-0301 and titles two and five of\nthis article shall apply to enforcement of article forty-three of this\nchapter; provided, however, whenever such sections reference the\ndepartment or commissioner, such references shall be deemed to be\nreferences to the Lake George park commission for the purposes of this\narticle.\n
