§ 1002. Laws repealed. Chapter twenty-three of the laws of nineteen\nhundred nine, entitled "An act in relation to executive officers,\nconstituting chapter eighteen of the consolidated laws, " and all acts\namendatory thereof and supplemental thereto, constituting the executive\nlaw as heretofore in effect, are hereby repealed.\n
