N.Y. Exec. Law § 151

§ 151. Definitions. As used in this article, the term "municipalities"\nshall include public corporations as defined in subdivision one of\nsection sixty-six of the general construction law and special districts\nas defined in subdivision sixteen of section one hundred two of the real\nproperty tax law.\n
