N.Y. Exec. Law § 518

§ 518. Restitution; services for public good. The division shall\ndevelop and operate programs for youths placed or referred to the\ndivision or in conjunction with an order provided in section 353.6 of\nthe family court act. The division shall promulgate regulations as\nrequired in such section.\n
