§ 527-c. Facility rehabilitation grants. Within the limit of funds\nmade available by appropriation from the youth centers facility fund, as\nestablished by section ninety-seven-ff of the state finance law, the\ndivision is hereby authorized to award facility rehabilitation grants to\neligible applicants for all or a portion of project costs to\nrehabilitate youth centers subject to the terms and conditions of this\ntitle.\n
