§ 645. Fair treatment standards for crime victims in the courts. The\nchief administrator of the courts, in consultation with the commissioner\nof the division of criminal justice services, the director of the office\nof victim services and other appropriate officials, shall promulgate\nstandards for the treatment of the innocent victims of crime by the\nunified court system. These standards shall conform to and be consistent\nwith the regulations promulgated pursuant to section six hundred forty\nof this article.\n
