§ 745. Employees; compensation. The board may appoint and remove from\ntime to time, in accordance with law, such employees as it may deem\nnecessary for the efficient administration of the duties of the board.\nThe compensation of employees appointed by the board shall be determined\nby it in accordance with law.\n
