§ 943. Utilization of other agency assistance. To effectuate the\npurposes of this article, any department, division, board, bureau,\ncommission or agency of the state or of any political subdivision\nthereof shall, at the request of the council, provide to the council\nsuch facilities, assistance and data as will enable the council properly\nto carry out its powers and duties.\n
