* § 970. Statement of purpose. It is the purpose of this article to\nensure:\n 1. that all federal and state funds utilized for job training and job\ndevelopment programs are spent in the most economical, efficient and\neffective manner;\n 2. that unnecessary duplication and overlapping among such programs is\neliminated; and\n 3. that the various job training and job development programs\nadministered or funded by state agencies are implemented in a\ncoordinated manner so as to maximize the effectiveness of each of these\nprograms individually and of their overall effectiveness.\n * NB There are 2 § 970's\n
