§ 98. Copies of amendments to rules for admission of attorneys. The\nsecretary of state must cause to be published in the next ensuing volume\nof the session laws each amendment of the rules established by the court\nof appeals for the admission of attorneys and counselors, filed with him\npursuant to the judiciary law.\n
