Applicability of article to actions and matters occurring before and after effective date

§ 301.3. Applicability of article to actions and matters occurring\nbefore and after effective date. 1. The provisions of this article apply\nexclusively to:\n (a) all juvenile delinquency actions and proceedings commenced upon or\nafter the effective date thereof and all appeals and other post-judgment\nproceedings relating or attaching thereto; and\n (b) all matters of juvenile delinquency procedure prescribed in this\narticle which do not constitute a part of any particular action or case,\noccurring upon or after such effective date.\n 2. The provisions of this article apply to:\n (a) all juvenile delinquency actions and proceedings commenced prior\nto the effective date thereof but still pending on such date; and\n (b) all appeals and other post-judgment proceedings commenced upon or\nafter such effective date which relate or attach to juvenile delinquency\nactions and proceedings commenced or concluded prior to such effective\ndate provided that, if application of such provisions in any particular\ncase would not be feasible or would work injustice, the provisions of\narticle seven pertaining to juvenile delinquency actions apply thereto,\nas such article seven read immediately prior to the effective date of\nthis article.\n 3. The provisions of this article do not impair or render ineffectual\nany proceedings or procedural matters which occurred prior to the\neffective date thereof.\n
