N.Y. Financial Services Law § 609

* § 609. Reporting on new criteria for determining a reasonable fee.\nFour years after the effective date of this section the superintendent\nof the department of financial services shall submit a report to the\ngovernor, the speaker of the assembly, the temporary president of the\nsenate, the chair of the assembly insurance committee, and the chair of\nthe senate insurance committee that provides information about disputes\ninvolving a health benefit plan operated pursuant to article eleven of\nthe civil service law since the effective date of the chapter of the\nlaws of two thousand twenty-six that added this section and that\nincludes the outcomes of all such disputes in the aggregate and broken\ndown by region and provider specialty.\n * NB Repealed May 28, 2031\n
