§ 203. Value of animals. No animal belonging to a guest and destroyed\nby fire while on the premises of any inn keeper shall be deemed of\ngreater value than three hundred dollars, unless an agreement shall be\nproved between such guest and inn keeper that a higher estimate shall be\nmade of the same.\n
