§ 775. Applicability. This article shall not exempt any contractor\nsubject to its provisions from complying with any local law with respect\nto the regulation of home improvement contractors, provided, however,\nthat after the effective date of this article, no political subdivision\nmay enact a local law inconsistent with the provisions of section seven\nhundred seventy-one of this article.\n
