§ 18-a. Nothing contained in section eighteen shall be considered to\napply to any so-called miniature motion picture apparatus which uses\nonly an enclosed incandescent electric lamp and approved acetate of\ncellulose or slow-burning films, and is of such construction that films\nordinarily used on full-sized commercial picture apparatus cannot be\nused therewith.\n
