§ 120-f. Contract; how executed. No municipality or district acting\njointly as herein provided shall be bound by any contract or agreement\nunless such contract or agreement be signed and executed by a majority\nof the local authorities of such municipality having care of sewerage in\nsuch municipality or district.\n
