§ 135-c. Prenatal and maternity care. The authorities of any municipal\ncorporation charged by law with the duty and power of making\nappropriations may, in their discretion, appropriate moneys for prenatal\ncare and maternity protection and may prescribe by whom and under what\nterms and conditions such moneys shall be expended.\n
