§ 696-c. Site preparation. A municipality shall be authorized to\nundertake site preparation for each eligible area prior to its\ndisposition. Such site preparation may include, but need not be limited\nto, demolition, site clearance and the curing of problems caused by\nabnormal site conditions.\n
