* § 72-m. Appropriations for Bicentennial celebration. A municipal\ncorporation may after a public hearing appropriate annually a sum that\nit deems appropriate for the purpose of defraying the expenses of the\npreparation and celebration of the bicentennial celebration of the\nUnited States of America.
