N.Y. Gen. Mun. Law § 77-f

§ 77-f. Sports field fence leases in the town of Sweden, Monroe\ncounty. Notwithstanding any provision of any general, special or local\nlaw or of any charter to the contrary, the town of Sweden, Monroe\ncounty, may lease any and all sports field fences at the Sweden Town\nPark annually, at a nominal rent, to a not-for-profit corporation or\norganization, organized under the laws of the state of New York for the\npurpose of permitting the sale of advertising, with the revenues to be\nused solely for the care of said Sweden Town Park on Redman Road in the\ntown of Sweden.\n
