§ 210. Papers, where filed. All applications, certificates,\nappointments and other papers relating to the laying out, altering or\ndiscontinuing of any highway shall be filed by the town superintendent\nas soon as a decision shall have been made thereon in the town clerk's\noffice of the town.\n
