All that portion of state highway system\nbeginning at Malone, traveling south on route thirty through Lake Clear,\nTupper Lake, Long Lake and Speculator; continuing from Speculator south\non route thirty through Wells and Northville to Riceville; continuing\nsouth from Riceville on route thirty-a terminating at route five in\nFonda.\n
