§ 342-q. Portion of the state highway system to be designated as the\n"Dr. Martin Luther King, Jr. Expressway". That portion of the state\nhighway system in the county of Richmond known as the Willowbrook\nExpressway shall on and after the effective date of this section be\ndesignated and known as the "Dr. Martin Luther King, Jr. Expressway".\n
