§ 342-r. Portion of state highway system to be designated as "James\nAloysius Farley Memorial Bridge". The bridge across Lowland Creek on\nstate route 9W in the town of Stony Point in the county of Rockland\nshall be designated and known as "James Aloysius Farley Memorial\nBridge".\n
