§ 342-s. Portion of state highway system to be designated as "J.\nDonald Synnett Memorial Bridge". The bridge on that portion of the state\nhighway system identified as state route 9D, in the village of\nWappingers Falls, in the county of Dutchess, shall be designated and\nknown as "J. Donald Synnett Memorial Bridge".\n
