§ 343-dd. Portion of state highway system to be designated as the\n"Justine L. Hommel Memorial Highway". All that portion of the state\nhighway system constituting state route twenty-three-a in the county of\nGreene, from its eastern intersection with Whites Road in the town of\nCatskill, continuing in a generally north westerly direction, and\nterminating at North Lake Road/County Route eighteen, in the town of\nHunter, shall be designated and known as the "Justine L. Hommel Memorial\nHighway".\n
