* § 343-s. Portion of the state highway system to be designated the\n"Senator Jess J. Present Memorial Highway". All that portion of the\nstate highway system in the county of Chautauqua constituting route four\nhundred thirty from the state of Pennsylvania border to the intersection\nof route sixty in the city of Jamestown shall be designated and known as\nthe "Senator Jess J.
