§ 152. Qualifications for office. All officers shall qualify for\noffice and perform their respective duties in accordance with the tribal\nrules, customs and regulations of the Poospatuck Indian nation and, in\naddition, shall have been actually residing on the reservation for six\nmonths immediately preceding election.\n
