§ 47. Record of peacemakers. The peacemakers of each reservation\nshall be furnished by the council of the nation, with a record book, in\nwhich they shall cause an entry to be made by the clerk, of all matters\nheard and determined by them. Each such entry shall state the names of\nthe parties to the action or proceeding, a brief statement of the\nsubject thereof, the finding and determination of the peacemakers in\nreference thereto, the amount of the award, the amount of costs and to\nwhom allowed, the time within which the decision is to be complied with,\nand the date of such decision.\n
