§ 1606. Valuation of shares of subsidiary. In determining the\nfinancial condition of a domestic insurance company, all shares of its\nsubsidiaries held pursuant to this article shall be valued in accordance\nwith subsections (c), (f) and (g) of section one thousand four hundred\nfourteen of this chapter.\n
