§ 7415. Uniformity of interpretation. The uniform insurers liquidation\nact shall be interpreted and construed to effectuate its general purpose\nto make uniform the law of those states that enact it. To the extent\nthat its provisions, when applicable, conflict with other provisions of\nthis chapter, the provisions of this act shall control.\n
