N.Y. Ins. Law § 7420

§ 7420. Annual report. The superintendent shall transmit to the\nlegislature in his annual report the names of all insurers proceeded\nagainst under this article together with such facts as shall acquaint\nthe policyholders, creditors, shareholders, and the public with all\nproceedings. To that end the special deputy superintendent in charge of\nany such insurer shall file annually with the superintendent a report of\nthe affairs of such insurer.\n
