§ 106. Power of justices of appellate division in first department to\nappoint interpreters for supreme court. The justices of the appellate\ndivision of the supreme court in the first department, or a majority of\nthem, may appoint and at pleasure remove such number of interpreters for\nthe supreme court as in their opinion shall be necessary.\n
