N.Y. Jud. Law § 155

§ 155. Supreme court seal. The seal kept by the county clerk of each\ncounty shall continue to be the seal of the supreme court, in that\ncounty.\n The provisions of this section shall not be applicable in those cases\nwhere special provisions are otherwise made by law.\n
