§ 20. Ex officio judge must not be interested in costs or compensation\nof attorneys or counsellors in his court. An ex officio judge shall not,\ndirectly or indirectly, be interested in the costs, or the compensation\nof an attorney or counsellor, in the court of which he is ex officio a\njudge.\n
