§ 255-a. Power of courts over docket. A court has the same power and\njurisdiction concerning the docket of its judgment kept by the county\nclerk of the county in which it was rendered that it has concerning the\ndocket kept by its own clerk; the judgment may be docketed and changes\neffected in the docket in the county clerk's office of any other county\nonly upon the filing of a transcript or certificate of change issued by\nthe county clerk of the county in which the judgment was rendered.\n
