§ 29. Seal of court of record. The seal of each court of record in the\nstate, now in use, shall continue to be the seal of the court in which\nit is in use. A description of each of such seals, must be deposited and\nrecorded in the office of court administration, unless it has already\nbeen done; and must remain of record.\n The provisions of this section shall not be applicable in those cases\nwhere special provisions are otherwise made by law.\n
