§ 362. Criers not required to attend special term supreme court in\ncertain cases. Where a special term of the supreme court is adjourned to\nthe chambers of a justice of the court, pursuant to section one hundred\nand forty-seven of this chapter, the attendance of the crier is not\nrequired unless the justice directs him to attend.\n
