§ 436. Compensation of state reporter and deputy state reporter;\nreporters; office expense; fees. The state reporter shall receive an\nannual salary of nine thousand dollars, and the first deputy reporter an\nannual salary of seven thousand five hundred dollars. In addition\nthereto, such allowances shall be made for any other deputies, for clerk\nhire and for office expenses as the legislature shall from time to time\ndirect.\n Neither the state reporter nor any of his deputies nor any of the\nemployees of the law reporting bureau shall receive to his own use any\nmoneys or fees derived from the sale of any reports or of any copies of\nopinions, but all such moneys and fees shall be paid into the treasury\nof the state.\n
