§ 467. Registration of attorneys. The clerks of each appellate\ndivision shall forward to the clerk of the court of appeals and the\nchief administrator of the courts a list of attorneys newly admitted to\npractice. Such list shall be forwarded at such times and in such form as\nthe clerk of the court of appeals and the chief administrator shall\nprovide.\n
