§ 202-c. Prevention of personal injuries in the use of ski tows, other\npassenger tramways and downhill ski areas. The commissioner may make\nrules, consistent with article eighteen of the general obligations law,\nguarding against personal injuries to employees and the public in the\nuse and operation of ski tows, other passenger tramways and downhill ski\nareas.\n
