Fair wages task force; definitions

§ 330. Fair wages task force; definitions. As used in this article,\nthe following terms shall have the following meanings:\n (a) "Commissioner" shall mean the commissioner of labor;\n (b) "Department" shall mean the department of labor; and\n (c) "Task force" shall mean the fair wages task force within the\ndepartment.\n
