§ 664. Referrals by employment agencies. No employment agency shall\nplace or attempt to place any employee in an occupation at less than the\nwage applicable to such occupation under this article.\n The term "employment agency" as used in this section shall mean an\nemployment agency as defined in section one hundred seventy-one of the\ngeneral business law.\n
