§ 1-r. Publication of statement on lobbying regulations. The\ncommission shall publish a statement on lobbying regulations setting\nforth the requirements of this article in a clear and brief manner. Such\nstatement shall contain an explanation of the registration and filing\nrequirements and the penalties for violation thereof, together with such\nother information as the commission shall determine, and copies thereof\nshall be made available to the public at convenient locations throughout\nthe state.\n
