N.Y. Legislative Law § 46

§ 46. Distribution of session laws. The volumes of the session laws\nshall be provided, to the extent funds have been made available\ntherefor, in such reasonable numbers as may be required by the various\nbranches of state government and distributed in accordance with the\nschedule of distribution ordered by the temporary president of the\nsenate and the speaker of the assembly.\n
